We are looking for a Commis cook with experience in fine dining by preparing food items, assisting the chef de partie in prep, cooking, washing, peeling, cutting, fruits and / or vegetables.

- Following the directives of the Head Chef
- General Mis en place
- Abiding by safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to pivot functions during menu changes
- Cutting, slicing, dicing, and other duties of preparation
- Be able to have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be communicative and responsive to instructions
This position is entry level and receives tips.
