NADC Burger is looking for the next General Manager to provide support to our newest location opening in Nashville in December 2025 ! Be a part of NADC Nashville history, opening the very first official location in Nashville !
Position Summary
This position includes the following, but is not all the job duties in its entirety.
- Staffing: Ensure a positive and supportive work environment adhering to the NADC Company Culture. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, schedule staff according to business needs and progressive succession planning.
- Operations: Oversee smooth operational systems and processes daily, work alongside team members as needed.
- Financial management / Business Strategy: Manage daily costs, waste, labor numbers, attend meetings and work with PR to generate off site event revenue. Include local marketing and increase community relations.
- Guest experience: Demonstrate exceptional customer service, solve guest relation issues, be attentive to the guest experience at all times.
- Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to company standards for safety, sanitation, and all other procedures and regulations.

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
